Our Warranty:
If any of our products are found to have manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item, or refund your money as you wish. As should be expected, we will not take responsibility for cartridges which are damaged by mishandling (read the literature which comes with the cartridge to help avoid this).
Stocking up?
It's a good idea to keep one spare cartridge in stock at all times so that you are not in a desperate rush to get a new one when one runs out... also, if there is ever a problem with a cartridge, this gives us time to exchange & make good on our warranty without the inconvenience of having your copier down. We're so sure this is a good idea that we offer 10% off of our copy cartridge prices when 2 or more are purchased at once.
ORDERING FROM SERVICE EXCELLENCE:
Shipping: We ship via UPS from New Jersey. We will ship the day you order whenever possible. We'll inform you immediately of anything which will not ship the same day.
Payment Method: We prefer VISA or MASTERCARD, but we will also accept AMEX & DISCOVER.
