OEM means made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (in this case XeroxÒ)
Reconditioned Copy Cartridges:
These cartridges are definately capable of running more than one cycle without any troubles... XeroxÒ reconditions these & so do we. If you are not under a XeroxÒ service contract or warranty*, this is a good safe way to save some money. We stand behind our work (read about our warranty below).
*If you are under a XeroxÒ service contract, we do not recommend using reconditioned cartridges because XeroxÒ reserve the right in your contract to void the warranty if you use any product not made by them.
Recycling your Cartridge Cores:
Handle your used cartridges with care... they are worth $25.- credit on an exchange basis. This $25.- will be applied as a credit directly to your creditcard upon receiving your core return. The prices shown are before your credit.

Our Warranty:
If any of our products are found to have manufacturing or reconditioning defects, we will repair or replace the item, or refund your money as you wish. As should be expected, we will not take responsibility for cartridges which are damaged by mishandling (read the literature which comes with the cartridge to help avoid this).
Stocking up?
It's a good idea to keep one spare cartridge in stock at all times so that you are not in a desperate rush to get a new one when one runs out... also, if there is ever a problem with a cartridge, this gives us time to exchange & make good on our warranty without the inconvenience of having your copier down. We're so sure this is a good idea that we offer 10% off of our copy cartridge prices when 2 or more are purchased at once.

Shipping: We ship via UPS from New Jersey. We will ship the day you order whenever possible. We'll inform you immediately of anything which will not ship the same day.
Payment Method: We prefer VISA or MASTERCARD, but we will also accept AMEX & DISCOVER.
